- The character Play-Yan was replaced with the Pop Singer from the Rhythm Heaven minigame Fan Club
- In the music selection; blue was changed to pink, the stars are replaced with hearts, music notes are blue instead of pink, & the yellow bird was replaced with one of Pop Singer's fans
- The music that was reused in Night Walk from Rhythm Tengoku was replaced with Thrilling! Is This Love? song from Fan Club
- The color for Volume was changed from pink to blue

Pop Singer Micro (Known as Nintendo MP3 Player for Girls in Europe & trademarked IDOL micro) is a remake of Play-Yan Micro. The main difference that is Mario was replaced with Princess Peach & Green Man was replaced with Green Woman. It was released in April 2010 in Japan & April 2011 in Europe.
